THE TWENTIETH HOUR

At dusk,
About 20:20, of 20th 02, 2020.
Twenty hefty men came in to do their paid job as always
Each one for us,
 Followed by the hoodlums,
Who attacked us in the early hour of that day,
Day by day we sleep and wake expectantly,
Expectantly waiting to say our last prayers,
Prayers and wishes were our demands before we return to inert,
Inert, we crave for thee, come and rescue us from here,
Here, where we have been for twenty hopeless days.
