If my pen was my wand

And my book full of magic

I'll write all about us

I'll write all about the day we met

The moment our eyes met

The connection of our souls

The minute I knew we were *it*

I'll write of a perfect love story

I'll write of white gowns and black suits

Laughter and changing diapers

Growing old and loosing tooths 

How we lived for each other

I'll write how we were endgame

But my pen just contains ink

And my book is just full of papers

So I'll keep hoping 

I'll keep wishing

And I'll keep waiting

Waiting for the moment our eyes will meet
