SYMPHONY

Days sail by like boats
Over this turbulent sea
And I, this Voyager
A passenger in this misery.

Nights move by like fast trains
Over these rocky railway
And I, this weary traveller
A tourist of this shaky ride.

Weeks may have gone by
Yet my stare never hovered
Never did it dart by
all that moves by
For I, floating through the storm
Is my very forte.

Yet my sorrowful piano
Craves for a symphony
For my ears are lost to the cacophony of lost memories.

Play on dear artist
Let your tune soothe the waves
Lest my heart continue to ache
Under this turbulent tides.
